The idea
Named for the club Franklin started in 1727 to argue well with people he respected — and for the Spanish junto, meaning together. Same premise, this century, in Boston.
The room
No clubhouse of our own — gatherings rotate through a curated set of venues across Greater Boston, sized so every event holds someone new to meet and someone you already know.

Junto Boston is a curated, in-person social club inspired by the original Junto founded by Benjamin Franklin — small groups meeting with intention, in a spirit of mutual respect, to build real relationships. We don't have a physical clubhouse; gatherings are hosted at a rotating set of venues around Greater Boston, from intimate dinners to larger socials that bring the whole community together.
Our members aren't defined by a job title — just a temperament: mid-career, mid-question, curious enough to show up. We're less interested in a résumé than in who you are at the table. Membership is open to adults 21 and older, since many gatherings take place where alcohol is served.

Expect dinner, conversation, and a bit of debate. We don't operate our own venue — events are hosted at select restaurants and bars around Greater Boston, chosen to keep things intimate rather than a big open party.
Yes — membership includes a recurring due, and some events carry their own attendance fee. We share the specifics once we're in touch about your application rather than publishing pricing here.
For events open to guests, yes. Members are responsible for their guest's conduct while at a Junto event.
Yes to both. Members can pause their membership for a limited stretch each year, and can cancel at any time — just reach out to the team. There's no long-term lock-in.
